• Electronic controls with 100 to 167 degree temperature range, adjusted in 15 steps
• Modulating gas valve allows controllable mix of air and gas giving the burner a wide range of control (i.e. 47,500 to 180,000 BTU). Normal gas valves only have two settings, ON and OFF with no adjustment in between. Thermistor sensors allow the computer to monitor the water temperature at every step of flow. The computer makes calculations and adjustments automatically to maintain constant outlet temperature.
• The cold water mixing valve is electronically controlled by the computer to automatically draw additional cold water from inlet to mix with hot water exiting the outlet if the system determines the water to be hotter than preset
• Water flow sensor � The computer monitors how much hot water is flowing out of the heat exchanger and adjusts the system automatically to meet the required demand, such as injecting more fuel for higher demand.
